At Hot Wheels, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
